The handle of this shaving brush is made of Pau Amarello, which is Portuguese for “yellow wood”. It is an exotic hardwood from Brazil. With its characteristic pale yellow to golden colour it is commonly referred to as Yellowheart. We’ve added a complementary Two-Band badger knot, making this one awesome shaving brush!

Finest Badger, often referred to as Two Band, is clearly identified by its beautiful, distinct two band color pattern. It’s long and striking white, creamy, natural tips sharply contrast with the dark black band that extends all the way down to the base. These knots are made up of the thicker badger hairs, creating a strong backbone that is great for exfoliation without being scratchy and whips up a rich lather with soaps and creams. The Two Bander is especially preferred by many wet shaving enthusiasts and collectors!
