Where are you located?
We are located in the Halifax/Dartmouth area of beautiful Nova Scotia, Canada, where the salt wind whisper to the trees and the ocean waves kiss the shores. If you’re ever planning on visiting the area and have questions, let us know, we’re happy to help!
Can I pick my items up instead of having them shipped?
For sure! If you’re in the area please drop by. We’d love to meet you. Simply contact us to set up an appointment.
Where do you ship to?
Although there are some location restrictions, we presently ship to Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Finland and Italy. Please contact us regarding if you do not live in these areas. It is quite possible we can make arrangements. Please also see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for more information.
What payment options do you offer?
We use PayPal as our payment processor and through them we can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, as well as your PayPal account balance. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.

What does “Currency conversions are estimated and should be used for informational purposes only” mean?
Although we use Canadian Dollars (CAD) for our base pricing and billing we offer a Currency Converter feature through Open Exchange Rates for your convenience. We have full confidence that Open Exchange Rates conversions are up to date and accurate. However, you may note slight discrepancies between the time of purchasing a product and the actual billing.
How does the Currency Converter feature work?
Your country’s currency is automatically determined upon arrival to the website based on your IP address. If it is not, you can easily choose it manually by clicking the appropriate button on the Currency Converter at the top of the Store area sidebar or on the right side of the page footer.
There is no button for my country on the Currency Converter feature. What do I do?
We suggest that you choose USD as the base price and then use a service such as XE Currency Converter. Keep in mind that your actual billing amount may differ slightly.
Why do you include the weight on a lot of your items?
Since brushes and razors are hand held weight can be a subjective factor to an individual. If you do have a preference to a particular weight making your choice can now be easier! Please note that this differs from the product shipping weight which includes packaging, wrapping, etc.
