Where are you located?<\/strong>
\nWe are located in the Halifax\/Dartmouth<\/a> area of beautiful Nova Scotia<\/a>, Canada<\/a>, where the salt wind whispers to the trees and the ocean waves kiss the shores. If you’re ever planning on visiting the area and have questions, let us know, we’re happy to help!<\/p>\n

Can I pick my items up instead of having them shipped?<\/strong>
\nFor sure! If you’re within the HRM area just choose “Local Pickup” when you check out. If you’re going to be visiting the HRM area just contact us before you order and we’ll give you a code that you can enter for “Local Pickup”. Once your order has been placed we’ll be in touch to set up a convenient pickup time.<\/p>\n

Where do you ship to?<\/strong>
\nAlthough there are some location restrictions, we presently only ship to Canada and United States. Please contact us regarding if you do not live in these areas. It is quite possible we can make arrangements. Please also see our Shipping & Delivery Policy<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n

What payment options do you offer?<\/strong>
\nWe accept all major credit cards via Stripe. We also use PayPal and through them we can accept credit cards as well as your PayPal account balance. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.<\/p>\n

Do I need a PayPal account to pay by credit card?<\/strong>
\nNo, you do not<\/strong> need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.<\/p>\n

Why do you include the weight on a lot of your items?<\/strong>
\nSince brushes and razors are hand held weight can be a subjective factor to an individual. If you do have a preference to a particular weight making your choice can now be easier! Please note that this differs from the product shipping weight which includes packaging, wrapping, etc.<\/p>\n

How should I clean my brush?<\/strong>

What is a Gumdrop-style shaving brush handle?<\/strong>
\nOur Gumdrop-style shaving brush handles are a bit shorter than our standard size handles and the bottom of the base is slightly wider, giving it not only a great look but a great hand feel too!<\/p>\n
