Wow! This one of a kind shaving brush features an all-wooden handle made of roasted Birch and spalted Applewood that was harvested in the Annapolis Valley area of Nova Scotia and a super high-density Manchurian Two-Band knot.

Our Apple wood is grown and harvested in the beautiful Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, Canada, an area known for its abundant apple orchards. Apple is a rich looking fruitwood with a natural beauty that pleases many.

A native to North America, is a Birch hardwood that ranges in color from a creamy white to a golden brown. However, when roasted, via a high temp heating method, it turns a rich, dark reddish brown.

Two Band Manchurian is clearly identified by its beautiful, distinct two band color pattern. Its long and striking white, creamy, natural tips sharply contrast with the dark black band that extends all the way down to the base. These knots are made up of the thicker badger hairs, creating a strong backbone that is great for exfoliation without being scratchy and whips up a rich lather with soaps and creams.
The super high-density style adds up to an incredible 12% more hair! The Manchurian Two Bander is especially preferred by many wet shaving enthusiasts and collectors!
